At least one herb a day

Herbs has excellent properties in curing several ailments including asthma. These humble herbs not only posses excellent flavor but they are packed with antioxidants and vitamins. They internally detoxify and protect organs from further damage. Try to include at least one of the following herbs everyday and try a wide variety. Please do not overcook these herbs as they might lose their property.

Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Oregano
Mint
Parsley
Rosemary
Sage
Lemongrass
Dill
Basil
Chives
